The much-anticipated performance of young musicians in this year’s Indonesia Piano Festival
began in Jakarta and wound its way into Bandung. On both occasions, the local talents captured
the hearts of diplomats, social luminaries and captains of the industry in the audience. The nights’
programme included well-loved compositions by Bach, Beethoven and Lizst among others.
