HE Zhang Xiaokang, Ambassador of China, one of the Diplomatic circle’s most charming personalities, co-hosted The Peak Ambassador Dinner at her Tanglin Road residence recently. Close friends and business associates arrived at the black tie event decked in their finest and mingled in the cocktail area before proceeding to dinner.
