Kadin (The Indonesian Chamber of Trade and Commerce) organis ed a farewell event for Zhang Qiyue, the Ambassador of China to Indonesia, at the Grand Hyatt Indonesia. The event was attended by prominent members of the business community as well as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Mari Elka Pangestu.

Finnish National Day was celebrated by members of the diplomatic and business community at the home of Finland’s Ambassador to Indonesia, Kai Sauer, on Dec. 6.  The event was opened with a speech by Sauer followed by remarks from Indonesian Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Minister Sharif Cicip Sutarjo.

Ferrari Indonesia partnered with Garuda Airlines to hold “Sharing the Happiness with Deserving Children,” with proceeds going to charities benefiting sick kids. Ferrari Indonesia auctioned off a pair of F1 gloves worn by superstar racer Fernando Alonso. Substantial donations were also made by PT Surya Sejahtera Otomotif, Garuda Indonesia and PT Mabua Harley Davidson, as well as a number of private Ferrari owners. In the end, the event raised over Rp 600 million.
