EVENT The Peak’s 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner

The Peak celebrated its 25th anniversary with an exclusive, black-tie gala dinner that featured the who’s who of Singapore’s corporate, diplomatic and social circles.

The gala event at Island Ballroom, Shangri-La Singapore was well-attended by 380 distinguished guests including ambassadors as well as industry leaders, movers and shakers.

The memorable evening, hosted by Vivien Tan, began with a speech from The Peak’s editor, Francis Kan, followed by the launch of an exclusive commemorative book, 2wenty 5ive Years of Luxe, a celebration of luxury in Singapore over the past quarter of a century.

The event also saw prominent personalities who have graced the pages of the magazine over the last 25 years, share their thoughts on The Peak with congratulatory messages in a special two-part video.

Guests were treated to a sumptuous fine-dining gastronomical experience, accompanied by performances from the Little Big Band and Dawn Ho who serenaded the gathering with evergreen numbers like Love and Fly Me to The Moon. An extravagant dessert bar with a variety of mouth-watering sweets awaited guests at the end of dinner.

Guests present were also amongst the first privilege few who got to take home a copy of The Peak’s commemorative book, 2wenty 5ive Years of Luxe.
