It was a star-studded affair as over 90 guests gathered in Crockfords Tower at Resorts World Sentosa on Nov 1 and 2 to witness the unveiling of Sarcar’s Carrousel collection –Fenetre sur Londres, Fenetre sur Shanghai and Fenetre sur Paris – by Swiss Ambassador HE Dr Jorg Alois Reding and Maya Konig, CEO of Sarcar Geneve.

These classical and luxurious timepieces, made of precious metals and diamonds, are sought after not only by the well-heeled but also by royalty; it was an honour to witness the appearance of the King and Queen of Bhutan at this exclusive event. Guests enjoyed fi ne canapes and quality tipple from Crystal Wines, while being entertained by musicians from I-Sis Trio and models wearing the latest timepieces.

Singapore’s publishing powerhouse SPH Magazines (SPHM) organised an appreciation dinner at One°15 Marina Club for 100 of its valued business partners in the watch and jewellery industry on Nov 9. The event celebrated the latest release of SPHM’s portfolio of award-winning timepiece titles – 24:7, Icon Moments, Nuyou Time and The Peak Selections: Timepieces – showcasing sterling editorial content and award-winning designs.

The evening full of good cheer was complemented with a sumptuous spread and fi ne wines. Guests later took home a special gift from Molton Brown.

On Nov 2, a group of distinguished The Peak readers was introduced to the latest addition to Ferrari’s range of high performance automobiles, the revolutionary FF, at the residence of Italian Ambassador HE Dr Anacleto Felicani. The guests indulged in the best of Italian canapes, Prosecco and fi ne wines as they admired the Ferrari California and 458 Italia on display and discovered the superior sporting details of Ferrari, shared by Ital Auto’s general manager Andrew Howes. An Italian affair paired with exceptional motoring and quality cuisine, what more can one ask for?
