Distinguished guests indulged in a sumptuous five-course dinner of authentic Indian cuisine at Rang Mahal restaurant at the recent The Peak Diplomatic Dine-Out, co-hosted by HE Dr Jamil Mahmoud Mohamed Merdad, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia and The Peak.
The evening commenced with cocktails at The Lounge, followed by dinner specially prepared by executive sous chef Vinod Kumar and served in the exclusive private dining room. Fine dining and conversation were on the agenda that delightful and memorable evening.

An Affair To Remember
EVENT: THE PEAK SOCIAL DINNER WITH PARK HOTEL
LOCATION: GRAND BALLROOM, GRAND PARK CITY HALL
The Peak and Grand Park City Hall co-hosted The Social Affair, an exclusive dinner at Grand Park City Hall. Invitees were greeted with cocktails at the reception area before indulging in a gastronomical treat, specially crafted by Hong Kong-master chef Chan Kung Lai of Park Palace.
Guests were presented an eight-course lo hei dinner, in keeping with the festivities of Chinese New Year. They were entertained by various captivating performances by a chinese orchestra quartet, the duo from The Bar and comedian Jonathan Atherton.

Fast Wheels And Putting Greens
EVENT: BMW PROSPERITY LO HEI DINNER WITH THE PEAK
LOCATION: PERFORMANCE MOTORS, 303 ALEXANDRA ROAD
Guests of The Peak and BMW, together with their families attended an exclusive event that featured an exciting mix of activities.
In conjunction with HSBC Women’s Champions 2010, the Performance Motors showroom was transformed into a miniature golf course, where guests were encouraged to participate in the BMW Miniature Golf Champions Challenge. A children’s corner was also set up to allow the kids to try their nimble hands at Nintendo Wii Golf.
After a round of putting, guests were led to the rooftop where they not only had the chance to meet and greet three LPGA players – Natalie Gulbis, Cristie Kerr and Nicole Castrale, they were also among the privileged few in Singapore to preview the new BMW X1.
Later on, the Year of the Tiger was celebrated with a mass lo hei as host, Denise Keller, brought guests through the significance of the different ingredients used in yu sheng.
With a live jazz band led by Deborah Abraham, it proved to be an enjoyable night for both young and old as guests continued to mingle through the enjoyable Saturday night.
