The Peak, together with HE Alisher Kurmanov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan, co-hosted the recent The Peak Diplomatic Dine-Out. Distinguished guests included ambassadors and industry leaders.

They were greeted at The Lounge for pre-dinner cocktails before being ushered into the intimate setting of the private dining room where they enjoyed five delectable courses of authentic Indian cuisine specially prepared by executive sous chef Vinod Kumar.

Prime culinary treats and choice company ensured that the night was an unforgettable one for all.

EVENT: THE PEAK PREMIER DINNER WITH UOB PRIVILEGE BANKING
LOCATION: RISTORANTE BOLOGNA, MARINA MANDARIN HOTEL

Heritage and inspiration reigned at the recent Peak Premier dinner, cohosted by UOB Privilege Banking. Invitees had the rare opportunity to preview exquisite vintage collections of IWC timepieces in platinum, rose gold and white gold. A video on the Book of Dreams, telling the story of IWC’s philosophy and vision of its creator, also provided the privilege banking customers an insight into the importance of preservation through time and generations. 

Guests were highly impressed by the cuisine and beverages specially prepared for the night. Creativity was reflected in the alcoholic tea blends, courtesy of Naturalis. A four-course authentic Italian dinner was also brought to life by chef Carlo Marengoni of Ristorante Bologna, infusing the beauty of Piedmont and Veneto through its dishes. Marabino wines from southern Italy added the finishing touch to the dinner. 

 

Pampering The Senses

EVENT: OFFICIAL GRAND OPENING OF ADEVA SPA
LOCATION: ADEVA SPA, PARAGON

More than 300 guests raised a toast at the official grand opening of Adeva Spa, a new jewel in the crown of The Ultimate Group of Companies. 

Guests were greeted by live jazz, salmon rillettes with lemon confit and caviar in tartlets served by butlers, complemented with G.H. Mumm champagne. A delectable dinner spread comprised roast of lamb with mint sauce and dainty designer pralines, provided an elegant touch that reflected the essence of Adeva Spa.

Those who came to grace the occasion took home a log cake by Canele, a starter’s spa kit by Natura Bisse and The Peak magazine.
