It was an evening of Italian sophistication as guests received a warm welcome at The Peak Ambassador Dinner, co hosted by Italian Ambassador HE Dr & Mrs Folco de Luca Gabrielli and The Peak.
The Ambassador’s residence on Old Holland Road was the perfect venue for a gathering of great company as guests enjoyed Italian wine and canapes. They indulged in Italian cuisine, specially prepared by chef Salvatore Silvestrino from Prego, Fairmont Singapore.
The evening was truly a celebration of good food, wine and friendships.

The Peak, Dean of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps & The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore hosted the annual Welcome to Singapore event, aimed at welcoming new diplomats and corporate leaders to our tropical shores.
To create an authentic experience, guests were treated to fi ne fusion cuisine specially created by chef Toh Li Liang of The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. They also watched a video presentation that showcased Singapore’s rich culture and food heritage.
In the course of the evening, new friendships were formed and experiences shared.
